When you submit an enquiry or booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), matter type, preferred appointment slot (if booking) and message content.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, arrange appointments and keep a record of initial contact. Legal basis: legitimate interests and/or steps prior to entering a contract, and consent where you tick the form checkbox.
Sharing
Enquiry data may be emailed to our practice inbox and stored in a Google Sheet used as an internal intake log. Service providers (email delivery, hosting, spreadsheet tools, Calendly) process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records, unless a longer period is required by law or professional obligations after you become a client.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and complain to the ICO. Contact info@ilaonline.uk to exercise these rights.
